1. Introduction
By participating in the GivEnergy Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This promotion is organized by GivEnergy Europe BV. (“Organizer”) and is subject to the following terms.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to the following participants:
✔ Installers – Must complete a GivEnergy system installation within the promotional period.
✔ Partners/Wholesalers - If a winning installer originates from a registered GivEnergy partner or wholesaler, the associated partner or wholesaler will receive the same prize as the winning installer.
Participants must be aged 18 or older and reside in an eligible country where GivEnergy operates.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway starts on March 10, 2025 and ends on June 20, 2025. All installations must be completed within this period to qualify.

4. How to Enter
✔ Installers: Complete a GivEnergy system installation during the giveaway period.
✔ No entry form is required – all installations are automatically tracked in GivEnergy’s system.
✔ Partners/Wholesalers - If a winning installer originates from a registered GivEnergy partner or wholesaler, the associated partner or wholesaler will receive the same prize as the winning installer.
Each completed installation = 1 entry into the giveaway.

5. Prize Details
The Giveaway includes the following prizes:

• Grand Prize: F1 British Grand Prix Experience – Includes 2 tickets (for the winner and a guest), flights, and hotel accommodations (Valued at approx. €5,000).

• Second Prize: LG 65” 4K Smart TV (Valued at approx. €1,200).

• Third Prize: Apple iPad 10.2-inch WiFi 64GB (Valued at approx. €600).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on June 21, 2025.

• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within 10 business days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
   

7. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or but can be transferred to another person.

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

• By participating, entrants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name, image, and installation details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• Participants assume all risks associated with the installation and use of GivEnergy products.

• The Organizer’s decision regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding.
   

9. Privacy Policy
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion, in accordance with GivEnergy’s Privacy Policy.
